SpaceX and Boeing steadfast on colonizing the mars: Another Challenge?

Elon Musk, is known to be one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. SpaceX and Tesla founder has taken up many challenges and is just breaking these hurdles one by one. Soon after the launch of the biggest battery yard in Australia that was completed in 100 days, Musk revealed the semi-automatic Tesla truck and the Roadeo. Few days later, he published the map for the subway that he wanted to build for Los Angeles. Few more days and now he claims Tesla will be making their own AI chips for cars. But amidst all this, something big happened.

The Challenge

On Thursday, Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg simply said that, the first human to set foot on Mars will get there on a Boeing rocket. He went on to say that, “We’re going to best Elon Musk to Mars.”

Soon enough, Elon Musk replied to Dennis’ tweet with two simple words, “Do it.”

Elon Musk doesn’t want to give up. He sure wants to win the race that he started, the race to Mars. No matter who gets there first, we all know it’s going to happen by 2024. Elon Musk has already given plans of colonization on the red planet. Life did exist once but the present harsh conditions do not support any form of life there. This challenge was also noted by scientists at NASA. Haven’t heard from them since a long time but let’s not forget it was NASA that landed two rovers on Mars. It’s because of Curiosity and Opportunity rovers that we have a fair enough study about Mars.

Elon Musk also has a plan to build a station on the moon that will facilitate travel between Earth and Mars. Both Mars and Moon are uninhabitable and any kind of error will lead to major consequences, which might also force an end to space explorations.

Let’s wait till the time comes and hope for the best. Space travel may get cheaper with those reusable rockets and Elon Musk is already sure to take us to Mars. Comment your views on colonizing in Mars. And, if you did like this article, be sure to hit the like button. 🙂
